How we work

Every Engagement Follows the Same Framework.

The pattern is what makes it repeatable. Whether we are building systems, developing a sales team, or leading a revenue function, the work follows six stages.

The framework

Six Stages. One System.

Every engagement follows this sequence. The scope changes, the stages do not.

01

Revenue Performance Review

We start by measuring. Lead volume, response time, conversion rates, average deal value, pipeline velocity. No opinions, just numbers. This takes about two weeks and produces a document that shows exactly where the gaps are and how much they cost.

What you get

A written review covering pipeline health, lead handling, sales process, team capability and commercial opportunity.

02

Revenue Architecture

We design the system. Process maps, pipeline stages, qualification criteria, CRM configuration, reporting dashboards, SOPs, playbooks. Everything your sales function needs to run on structure instead of memory.

What you get

Process documentation, CRM setup, pipeline design, reporting framework, team playbooks.

03

Capability Development

We develop your people. Structured training programs, coaching frameworks, call reviews, objection handling, discovery and closing. This is not a one-day workshop. It runs alongside the system build and continues after.

What you get

A training curriculum, coaching schedule, call review templates, skill assessments.

04

Execution Support

We run alongside you. Daily standups, pipeline reviews, deal coaching, accountability loops. The goal is not to tell you what to do but to make sure it happens and to fix what does not work in real time.

What you get

Hands-on support through the first full sales cycle.

05

Measurement and Optimization

We measure everything against the baseline from Step 1. What improved. What did not. Where the system needs adjustment. This produces the second round of recommendations.

What you get

Performance dashboard, optimization roadmap, adjusted targets.

06

Transition and Handover

We hand over to your team. Documentation is complete, processes are running, your managers know how to coach, and your CRM reflects reality. The goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.

What you get

Full documentation, trained managers, autonomous team.

Why it works

What Makes This Different

It is a system, not a project.

We do not parachute in, deliver a deck and leave. The framework runs until the numbers move.

Your people do the work.

We develop your team's capability. When we leave, the skills stay.

Numbers prove it.

Every engagement starts with a baseline and measures against it. No vague improvement claims.

Common questions

Before You Start

How long does the whole process take? +

Most businesses complete Steps 1 through 4 in 60 to 90 days. Steps 5 and 6 run in parallel as the system matures. Some engagements extend to 6 months.

Do you replace our existing tools? +

Rarely. We configure and optimize what you already have. If your CRM is genuinely wrong for your business, we will say so, but we do not sell software.

What if we only need one piece, like training? +

That is common. Start with the Revenue Performance Review and we will identify exactly which piece moves the needle.

Can you work with remote teams? +

Yes. More than half our engagements are fully remote. The framework is built for distributed teams.

Start With Step One.

The Revenue Performance Review is how every engagement begins. It takes about two weeks and costs nothing until you see the results.
