We build and deploy AI agents that handle the repetitive, high-volume work your team hates so they focus on deals that close.
Six categories. Hundreds of variations. Every one custom-built for your process, your script, your CRM.
Answers every inbound lead call before they call a competitor. Qualifies, books, and logs all in one call.
Works the leads who went quiet. Sends the second, third and fifth follow-up to people who opted in, in your words, and stops the moment they reply. It never dials anyone. When a lead answers, it hands you a live conversation to close.
Runs full BANT on every lead. Scores 0-100. Routes hot leads to the right rep immediately on the same call.
Takes call notes and CRM data and generates a tailored proposal in under 2 minutes. Sends, tracks opens, logs to CRM automatically.
Calls, texts, and emails before every appointment. Handles rescheduling automatically. Cuts no-shows by 40%.
Handles HR queries, IT triage, policy lookups, and internal FAQs instantly. Saves ops teams 4+ hours every week.
A live command centre showing every action, every outcome updated in real time and delivered to your inbox daily.
From discovery to full deployment in 5-7 days. You stay in control at every stage.
Discovery call is free. We'll tell you exactly what agent would have the biggest impact on your revenue and how fast we can build it.

An agent is a narrow job done reliably, every time, without anyone remembering to do it. Answer the phone on ring two at eleven at night. Ask the four questions that decide whether this lead is worth a site visit. Send the day-two follow-up in your words. Put the confirmation text out the afternoon before the appointment. Each one is small. Together they are the difference between a lead that reaches a conversation and one that quietly goes to whoever picked up.
An agent is not a salesperson. It does not build the relationship, read the room, or decide when to hold your price. It gets the conversation to exist, then hands it to you warm, with a summary of what was said. If a vendor tells you their agent closes deals, ask to hear a recording of it doing that, and listen for the moment the buyer hesitates.
Our voice agents answer people who contacted you first. Someone called your number, or filled in your form and asked to hear back. The agent picks up, says in its first sentence that it is automated, qualifies, books, and never claims to be a person.
It does not dial strangers. We do not sell AI outbound calling and we do not run it on anyone's behalf. In the United States the exposure on automated calls to people who never consented runs to statutory damages per call, and the FCC confirmed in February 2024 that an AI generated voice counts as an artificial voice under the TCPA. Beyond the legal risk, the market is visibly tiring of being machine dialed. Outbound calling belongs to your humans, and we would rather help you coach them.
Follow-up messaging works to the same standard. Messages go only to people who gave you their number, they identify the business, they carry an opt-out, and a stop request is actioned the same day.
They pay when the failure is structural. Your phone rings while both your hands are in a job. Leads land at nine at night and get read at seven the next morning. The second and third follow-up compete with billable work and lose every week. Nothing about that is a discipline problem, and no amount of trying harder fixes it.
They do not pay when the failure is the offer. If you answer inside five minutes and still lose, look at your price against the local market, how long a quote takes to leave your desk, and how many touches it gets before you stop. An agent that gets you into more conversations you were always going to lose has cost you money and taught you nothing.
Under roughly thirty leads a month, do it yourself. A saved text message, an auto-reply on missed calls, and two fixed callback windows a day will beat any software at that volume. We would rather say that here than sell you something you will cancel in month four.
No. It says it is automated in the first sentence and offers a person on request. That is both the safer choice legally and the one that keeps callers talking. People forgive a machine that is honest and hang up on one that is not.
No. The agents sit above whatever you already run and write back into it. If you do not have a CRM, we can run bundled with one.
The technical connection is the fast part. Agreeing the qualifying questions is the slow part, because that is a sales conversation about what actually disqualifies a lead in your business, and it is worth taking seriously.
It stops guessing and routes to a human, and you get the transcript. An agent that improvises past the edge of what it knows is worse than no agent, because it burns the lead and you never find out why.
Three numbers, measured before and after: median time to first contact, the share of leads that reach a live conversation, and booked appointments per hundred leads. Revenue lags by a sales cycle, so judge those three first.
